Selection Procedure:
The selection process will be based entirely on merit.
Written test will be taken for short listed candidates.
Candidates who pass the written test will be interviewed in two phases.
Final lists will be made in the light of the combined results of the written and oral examinations.
The final selection process will be completed through interviews by the management department.
Recruitment process:
Management trainees who have passed the recruitment test will have to work as apprentices for one year. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, the management trainees will be recruited as senior officers under the regular salary structure of the bank.
