Educational Qualification for Officer (RC) - Janata Bank:
✓ Must have a Master's degree in any discipline from any recognized University or a four-year Bachelor's/Graduate (Honours) degree.
✓ A minimum of 01 (one) First Division/Class in Secondary School Certificate/Equivalent and above examinations. Government policies will apply to the results of the grading process.
✓ 3rd category/class will not be accepted at any stage.
✓ Regarding the results published in the grading system, according to the Ministry of Education Notification No. Shim/Sh11/5-1(Part)/582 and Shim/Sh11/19-1/2007/174 dated 02/06/2009 and 02/03/2010 respectively. Previous 1st and 2nd division/class against GPA or as the case may be, CGPA will be determined as follows:
Age Limit:
✓ Age (as per Ministry of Public Administration Memorandum No. 05.00.0000.170.11.017.20-149 dated 25/03/2020): (a) All except children of freedom fighters and disabled candidates Maximum 30 years in case of candidates. (b) Maximum 32 years in case of children of freedom fighters and disabled candidates.
Other Conditions for this Janata Bank Job Circular 2023:
✓ The appointees will be posted only in Grade-2, 3 and 4 branches related to Agricultural Credit and will have to do all the work related to Agricultural Credit of Janata Bank Limited.
✓ Mandatory agricultural loan related grade-2, 3 and 4 branches located in the rural areas should go door to door and select the right borrowers through survey and disburse agricultural loans and similarly perform the duties of agricultural loan collection activities.
✓ Should have worked in the Agricultural Credit Branches of those grades till promotion to two higher posts (PO) and in any case in the Non-Agri Credit Branches and May-1, Corporate-II, and Corporate-I Branches or Area Offices/ Divisional Offices or No transfer will be done in the head office.
✓ All these obligations will be waived after promotion to the post of SEO.
