Based on the demand of the Secondary Education Sector Investment Program (CESIP) under the Secondary and Higher Education Department of the Ministry of Education, online applications have been invited from registered candidates for 6 vacant posts. The Private Teacher Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA) released this special public notification on Thursday (August 5).
In order to start vocational courses in general education institutions (secondary schools / Dakhil Madrasas), conditional online application (e-Application) has been invited from the registered candidates interested in the vacant posts mentioned in the job circular.

1. Recruitment circulars have been issued to recruit manpower for various posts in the Secondary Education Sector Investment Program (CESIP) under the Department of Secondary and Higher Education. You can apply online from August 8.
2. NTRCA will recruit people in 10 categories as trade instructors. Details of these posts can be seen in the recruitment details
3. The applicant must be registered with NTRCA in the relevant subject and have an integrated merit list. In addition, according to the latest manpower structure issued by the Department of Secondary and Higher Education and the Department of Technical and Madrasa Education must have the desired educational qualifications.
4. The age of the applicant should be 35 years or less on 01 January 2021 AD. However, in accordance with the judgment of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in case no.

6. E-Application Filling and Submission of Fee Start Date and Time: 08/08/2021 at 10.00 am. (4) Last date and time for submission of e-application: 31/07/2021 Until 12.00 pm. Only candidates who have received Application ID from 12.00 hrs.
7. The rules regarding online application and fee submission are displayed separately on Teletalk Bangladesh Limited's website mgi.teletalk.com.bd and www.ntrca.gov.bd website. A sample (demo) of this subject can be found on the website of Teletalk Bangladesh Limited at https://ngi.teletalk.com.bd.
8. In case of filling up the application form, the NID number along with the spelling of the applicant's name, permanent and temporary address and other information should be similar to the information given while filling up the teacher registration test form. If the spelling of the name is not the same or if the spelling is wrong, there will be a disruption in the computer processing, the responsibility of which has to be borne by the concerned applicant.
9. All valid applicants will automatically receive an SMS from Teletalk on behalf of NTRCA for each position after successfully submitting the application online. The applicant has to save a printed copy of the submitted application on his own initiative.
10. Anyone who is a NTRCA Registration Certificate holder can apply for all the posts in all the listed organizations as opposed to the relevant subject / subjects displayed in the e-Advertisement. However, if a person applies for more than one position in more than one organization, he has to specify the order of preference. He will be recommended for appointment against only one post as per his preference and merit.
11. According to the latest manpower structure issued by the Ministry of Education, the candidate must apply for the post only on the subject mentioned in his teacher registration certificate. If the applicant receives an appointment recommendation by providing false information, legal action will be taken against him including dismissal of the recommendation.
12. The applications received will be informed to the candidates initially selected on the basis of merit and preference from the compiled national merit list in accordance with the government rules and regulations. After the security / police verification of the initially selected candidates, a letter of recommendation for recruitment will be sent and the selected candidates and the concerned head will be informed through SMS.
13. Caution is advised in filling up the e-Application form. The spelling of one's name, NID number, permanent and temporary address and other information should be recorded properly. Once the application fee is paid after filling the form, there will be no opportunity to amend the application form in any way. NTRCA will not be liable if the application is rejected for error in e-Application.
14. NTRCA will not be liable for any of the stated reasons if it is not possible to fill any post in the online e-Advertisement due to lawsuits / legal complications.
15. As the age limit for indexed teachers can be relaxed as per the MPO policy, all the teachers who are currently working in private educational institutions as registered certificate holders can also apply for recruitment online. However, their applications will be selected on the basis of a comprehensive merit list like other candidates.

16. NTRCA will not be liable in any way for any complication in the recruitment recommendation due to erroneous demand as the details of vacancies mentioned in Serial No. 01 have been obtained from the Secondary Education Sector Investment Program (SESIP).
